The product is then injected into the lips with very fine needles to ensure minimal discomfort and bruising, allowing us to sculpt the lips to the desired shape and fullness. In many cases, we can use a round, blunt ended micro cannula to deliver the product to the entire lips with one tiny entry point either side of the mouth without the need to use any needles! The benefits of this is you are extremely unlikely to have any bruising afterwards as no needles are used in the lips.

SIDE EFFECTS

Micro-cannulas are used to administer the filler material. This technique helps to improve safety and minimize associated trauma. And since the introduction of cannulas the risk of procedural bruising from lip enhancements has almost been eliminated. A little swelling however is still a very normal part of healing process, though this only tends to last a couple of days post treatment.
